Everything is just beautiful c: The only thing I'd say to fix is the length of how far apart the breasts are. I think they should be closer c:

what kind of teture did you use for the water? (i am gonna con....i forgot how it spells) um the breasts are far apart don't you think? just my opinion hehe and one of them looks like it got a cut thorugh it...eeka don't get mad at me for that

the filter that I used in photoshop was called a lens flare

you go to filter->render->lens flare and you can choose how bright it can be and all that. It only works if the layer chosen is colored so color it red or something when you test it out so you can see it and it will show up and all.
